How It Works
Everyone deserves to live in a clean, sanitized home continously. With our Softwash Subscription Program you can have regular monthy scheduled services that meet cleaning maintenance needs of your home or property, broken down into a reasonable, budgetable monthly fee. Enjoy a clean property and a longer service life of your home with our 12 or 24 subscription month option!
12 month subscription
When you select the 12 month Subscription Program, we will conduct a complete SCRATCH CLEAN of your property on our next available service date that is agreeable to you. You will be required to pay the discounted PACKAGE C price upon completion of the initial cleaning. Your 12 month subscription plan will then begin the following month in accordance with the Schedule of Services outlined in this brochure.
24 month subscription
When you select the 24-Month Subscription Program we will conduct the complete SCRATCH CLEAN of your property on our next available service date that is agreeable to you. With this option, however, you do NOT pay the discounted PACKAGE C price upon completion of the initial cleaning. With this option you simply begin your monthly subscription payment upon completion of the initial cleaning and continue throughout the remaining 23 months.
